JURIFINANCE’s support
JURIFINANCE has worked with Linda Goulet, the president and owner of Chaussures Panda, since 2013. This year, the company called on us to support it in the most important negotiation in its history: the purchase of around ten franchised stores.
This multi-million dollar transaction required significant legal and financial knowledge, and JURIFINANCE acted as a senior advisor throughout the process.
